Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or subscribing to the LectureGate Academic Operations Platform, institutional partners, administrators, lecturers, and students agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Institutional Data Governance

Universities maintain ownership of all academic data uploaded to or generated within the platform. Institutions remain responsible for ensuring data accuracy and compliance with institutional governance policies.

3. Platform Licensing

LectureGate grants subscribed institutions a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform modules according to their active SaaS or On-Premise software agreement.

4. Academic Integrity & Anti-Proxy Policy

Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to bypass anti-proxy security measures, falsify attendance locations, or tamper with continuous assessment or examination records.

5. Service Level Commitments

EduPro Technologies provides platform support according to the institution's specific Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring high availability during peak examination and registration periods.
